Food and Nutrition
We provide three nutritious meals per day, along with snacks, with consideration given to the nutritional needs of older adults.
Our meals are varied and nutritionally balanced, with a focus on providing all five essential food groups. Dietary restrictions, individual preferences, and specific nutritional requirements are also taken into consideration where appropriate.
Personalized care
Individual Assessment and Care Planning
Before and throughout their stay, each resident receives an individual assessment to understand their needs, abilities, health status, and overall well-being. This information is used to develop an appropriate and personalized care plan, which may cover:
Care plans are regularly monitored and adjusted to reflect each resident’s changing needs and circumstances.
Communication and Family Involvement
We place great importance on family involvement in the care of our residents. Families are regularly updated regarding their loved one’s health, condition, well-being, daily activities, and participation in centre programs.
This helps families feel reassured, stay informed about their loved one’s daily life, and participate appropriately in care planning and decision-making.
Day Care Services
In addition to our residential care services, Baan Yangyuen Elderly Care Center also provides Day Care Services for families who would like their loved ones to receive care and support during the daytime and return home in the evening.
Day Care residents receive appropriate care and have the opportunity to participate in activities at the centre, similar to our residential residents. All services are provided with consideration for each individual’s needs, abilities, and overall condition.
